Birth and postpartum care
Supporting families through prenatal, birth, and the weeks following. I can help advocate, offer coping techniques, and provide care during birth. Postpartum, I provide support in the haze of the newborn days, hold baby, do laundry, offer lactation advice, and assist with meal prep.
Fertility support
I can help you understand your cycle, provide a better understanding of your fertility with proven cycle charting methods. I can advocate during appointments and offer advice along your journey, empowering you with knowledge and support.
Pregnancy and infant loss
I can be there for you during loss, providing emotional support and guidance. I can help prepare some time with baby after birth and offer check-in supports or available resources in the following weeks after the loss, ensuring you feel held and supported.
